Account Eligibility

• harass support staff, submit false documents, or obstruct a legitimate verification review;
• access an account belonging to another person; or
• use the Services while self-excluded or otherwise ineligible.

rm888 may investigate suspected misconduct, restrict affected funds, void related bets where permitted, and close accounts following review. Information may be retained or disclosed where reasonably necessary to satisfy legal, security, or fraud-prevention obligations.

Responsible Gambling

Technical Availability and Errors

Where a session is interrupted, settlement will be based on verified system records and the applicable game or market rules. Obvious errors do not create a right to an incorrect payout. rm888 may correct a miscalculation, void an affected transaction, or restore the position that would have applied without the error.

Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, rm888 is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from ordinary use of the Services, an internet or device failure, third-party payment interruption, or reliance on information outside rm888 control. Nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Complaints and Dispute Review

If you have a complaint, contact rm888 support with your username, the relevant transaction or bet reference, the date of the issue, and a clear explanation. Do not provide your password. rm888 will review available account, game, payment, and communication records before responding.

You should raise a complaint as soon as reasonably possible so relevant records remain readily available. Both parties should first attempt to resolve the matter through the rm888 internal review process. Where a provision is found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to apply.
